The trial court abused its discretion where it prohibited the Stepmother of child from driving child on any day except for Monday mornings, considering lack of evidence supporting this exercise of discretion (Mother “had heard” she was abusing medication and Father admitted that his new wife “sometimes ‘acted crazy’”).
