About Family Lawyer Magazine

Family Lawyer Magazine covers

The printed Family Lawyer Magazine debuted in March 2012, and is read by 30,000+ family lawyers and divorce-industry professionals in the United States and Canada. The magazine’s content is written by respected professionals for professionals; our sister publication, Divorce Magazine, has been offering guidance to separated and divorced individuals since 1996.

FamilyLawyerMagazine.com is an online portal dedicated to helping family lawyers and other family law professionals in the U.S. and Canada to excel in their practice. Here, seasoned professionals in the family law arena share their best practice-management and client-relations advice, read about new technology and financial issues, and learn how to grow their firms.

About Family Lawyer Magazine‘s Publisher

Both magazine and website are owned and published by Divorce Marketing Group, the only agency dedicated exclusively to marketing family lawyers and other divorce professionals. We understand the divorce market better than any other firm because we’ve been serving the needs of divorcing people and family lawyers exclusively since 1996. We help divorce professionals grow their practice by reaching divorcing people with innovative and effective marketing programs. It is from this base of divorce knowledge (both from a “lay” and “lawyer” perspective), and by reaching out to our professional contacts who work with divorcing people and family lawyers (financial professionals, mental health professionals, etc.) for their editorial input that we have created the “go to” media for family lawyers: Marketing Guide for Family Lawyers, FamilyLawyerMagazine.com, Family Lawyer Magazine eNewsletter, and Family Lawyer Magazine.

We have been publishing Divorce Magazine since March 1996; since then, the magazine has reached an estimated ten million people. Our website, DivorceMagazine.com, was also launched in March 1996 and has more than one-million viewers annually. This magazine and website provide individuals and families who are going through the transition of separation and divorce with information, support, and guidance at the time they need it most.

Over the last 23 years, we have developed an intimate knowledge of what makes a family law firm successful.  Through FamilyLawyerMagazine.com, the Family Lawyer Magazine eNewsletter, and Family Lawyer Magazine, we share knowledge with our family lawyer readers and visitors so that they can do a better job of building successful practices – and ultimately, better serve the needs of their divorcing clients. Readers reap the benefits of the accumulated wisdom of some of the most successful and well-respected family lawyers and financial and mental health professionals in North America – as well as our own deep knowledge and experience serving this niche for 24 years.
