Support provisions exchanged for property settlement provisions are part of a nonmodifiable division of property and are not modifiable alimony provisions. However, Provision of consent order, stating that agreements of the parties as to payment of alimony were given in “reciprocal consideration” for agreements of parties as to equitable distribution and property settlement, did not render ex‑husband’s support payments unmodifiable under alimony statute.
