Trial court acted within its discretion in entering final decree of divorce providing that the children could not travel outside the United States without wife’s consent until age 16, where husband frequently traveled outside the country, he had made lapses in communicating his whereabouts to wife, his relatives had the ability to travel to the United States to visit the children, and wife could have difficulty asserting her custodial rights in Pakistan where she was a non-citizen and husband was a citizen.
