Husband’s testimony that he was “angry” and “insulted” by wife’s act of going on cruise with female friends over his objections was insufficient to establish that her travel rendered his condition intolerable or his life burdensome, as required to support finding of indignities relieving husband of his statutory spousal support obligation. Further, husband’s actions in sending wife messages while she was on cruise with female friends, calling her a “whore” and telling her to “suck his dick,” which caused her to be afraid to return home, gave wife cause to leave marital home.
