New Jersey did not lose jurisdiction over parenting-time controversies incident to divorce, following mother’s move to Canada with children, based on any lack of significant connection or substantial evidence, where mother’s move occurred only a few months before execution of property settlement agreement (PSA) in which parties specified that mother’s move to Canada was permitted and that New Jersey would retain exclusive jurisdiction over custody matters, and father remained New Jersey resident and was entitled to meaningful parenting time with children in New Jersey.
