Supreme Court retained exclusive, continuing jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act over a stipulation governing grandparent visitation, even though father and child had moved to Israel, where father had agreed to the stipulation with the knowledge that he might move back to Israel, as evidenced by the stipulation’s inclusion of a no radius clause, and father had lived in Israel for three years, while maternal grandparents acted as the child’s primary caregiver, without objection to the Court’s jurisdiction.
