Divorce decree divested former wife of all rights related to decedent’s individual retirement account (IRA) even though decedent had neglected to remove her from the IRA as a named beneficiary prior to his death; parties’ marital property agreement awarded the IRA to decedent as his sole and separate property and provided that former wife was “divested of all right, title, interest, and claim in and to any and all sums, whether matured or unmatured, accrued or unaccrued, vested or otherwise, together with all increases thereof, the proceeds therefrom, and any other rights related to [decedent’s] retirement plan.”
