Evidence showed a substantial change in circumstances warranting modification of divorce decree under which parties agreed that ex-husband would pay an amount of support for parties’ three children that was less than that provided under support guidelines; ex-wife’s loss of spousal support as result of remarriage had had significant effect on her income, ex-wife and new spouse had child of their own whom they had to support, ex-husband’s net monthly income had increased about 74 percent since just before decree was entered, and even with one of parties’ children now in ex-husband’s custody, his current support obligation remained below support guidelines.
