The trial court’s order granting father primary custody of child under joint legal custody order was not an abuse of discretion, in post‑divorce child custody modification proceeding initiated by father after mother informed him that she was moving to New York with child; evidence established that child had a better quality of life in Georgia, that father’s relationship with child would be harmed if mother moved with child to New York, and that, even though an order was issued prohibiting the parties from relocating out of state with child, mother had visited New York with child and had moved some of child’s belongings to New York.
