Husband’s retirement from oral surgery practice was not material change in circumstances warranting modification of spousal support obligation to wife; although husband lost income due to retirement, husband had considerable assets from which he could continue to pay relatively modest amount of spousal support provided in divorce decree. Further, the trial court was not required to consider wife’s voluntary unemployment in determining whether to reduce husband’s spousal support obligation to wife, where husband did not show material change in circumstances that merited revisiting support award.
