Family court had the authority to effectuate an equitable distribution of ex-husband’s pension when it awarded ex-wife her share of the monthly pension payments ex-husband would have received if he had retired when he became eligible to do so, when the settlement agreement was ambiguous as to when ex-wife was entitled to share in ex-husband’s pension, and it would have been inequitable to allow ex-husband to unilaterally deprive ex-wife of her share of the pension by delaying his retirement.
