A mutual release provision in the parties’ separation agreement precluded wife from bringing negligence claim against husband for conduct that occurred prior to the dissolution of the parties’ marriage; the language of the separation agreement was clear and unambiguous, and the mutual release provision in the agreement released husband from any and all causes of action that arose from behavior or events that occurred during the marriage.
