Evidence was sufficient to support finding that relocation of ex-wife, who had primary physical custody of children, to town 30 miles away was in good faith and for legitimate purpose, where ex-wife testified that she wanted to move to a better school district and that because she and her fiancé primarily worked from home and had recently had a baby, they needed a house with adequate office space, and ex-husband would be able to maintain same parenting time schedule with children.
