Husband designated as father of two of couple’s three children in support order was collaterally estopped from relitigating paternity of those children, where support order included husband’s confirmation that he understood his right to challenge and litigate issue of children’s paternity, but instead acknowledged that he was biological father of both, support order entered after hearing expressly provided that husband was children’s biological father, and husband neither took exception to that portion of initial support order nor filed appeal from subsequent agreed order, and no fraud was perpetrated upon husband in connection with paternity of either child.
