Temporary restraining order (TRO) issued in divorce proceeding, restricting the parties from “changing the beneficiaries of any insurance or other coverage,” applied to husband’s change of beneficiary under sheriffs’ retirement system (SRS) from wife to parties’ children, and, thus, husband’s change of beneficiary violated statutorily mandated TRO; statute specifically mentioned life insurance among the types of coverage included in its restriction, the SRS coverage given to beneficiaries of deceased members was similar in nature to life insurance, and statute did not include any exceptions for changes of beneficiaries from spouse to protected child.
