Court appointed psychiatrist in a child custody proceeding was absolutely immune from a lawsuit brought by mother, grandmother and grandfather who alleged psychiatrist intentionally caused plaintiffs emotional distress by engaging in misconduct during custody proceedings, where psychologist was acting at the court’s direction, and all of the alleged misconduct occurred within the course of psychiatrist’s court‑appointed duties.
