Trial court acted within its discretion by declining to impute income to mother for purposes of determining child support payments needed from father; although mother quit her job and had earned slightly less than $80,000 when she left her position to start her own company at lower pay; the work at her own company was substantially similar, prior employer was in process of reorganizing when mother left, and mother was focused on advancing her career by taking on new responsibilities in a position which did not require relocation or extensive travel.
