Donor brought action against donee seeking the return of engagement ring following the termination of their engagement. Conflicting evidence as to whether the donor’s gift of engagement ring was conditioned upon marriage raised jury issue as to ring’s ownership on donor’s claims for a declaratory judgment that he owned the ring and claim and delivery of the ring.
