Family Court’s determination that change of circumstances justified modification of prior order granting primary physical custody of parties’ children to mother, so as to transfer primary physical custody to father, was supported by sound and substantial basis in the record; mother acknowledged that she put liquid dish soap in the children’s mouths on multiple occasions to punish them, and rather than admit that this may not be appropriate, mother testified that after speaking to child protective caseworker, she switched to different type of soap, but caseworker testified she instructed mother not to use soap as punishment at all, and other forms of punishment mother used included making a child stand in the corner for hours and refusing to allow her daughter to speak for several days.
