Main issue : Evidence
In divorce action in which wife contested enforceability of prenuptial agreement, evidence did not support trial court’s finding that there was no full or fair disclosure of assets by husband, although financial disclosure form was not attached to agreement; evidence indicated that wife knew of husband’s assets given that she managed his business and took records to husband’s accountant for tax-return purposes, and by executing agreement, wife asserted that she was fully informed regarding husband’s property.
