Former wife’s acceptance from husband of cash portion of distribution award that was part of stipulated judgment of divorce was not unconditional, and thus, acceptance of cash payment did not warrant dismissal of appeal from denial of post-decree motion for reallocation of marital assets and debts, where wife was not appealing from original judgment of divorce, and although wife accepted check from husband to satisfy cash distribution award, she refused to sign satisfaction of judgment, but instead said in acknowledgment of compliance with terms of judgment that litigation was ongoing and that it was unknown whether husband’s payment satisfied his obligation.
