Husband who worked for the same employer as wife sued employer and former supervisor for negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Employer and former supervisor filed motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. Held: husband’s claims were disguised claims for alienation of affections, and thus relief could not be granted on the claims.
