Mother’s income, for purposes of determining her child support obligations, was presumed to be her potential income, which was her probable full-time earnings based on her relevant work history as community college teacher and occupational qualifications, rather than her actual income from retirement benefits. Despite mother’s contention that she retired in compliance with retirement program and that she did not act in bad faith, mother was unemployed due to her voluntary retirement.
