    Hello, I am very much interest in a QDRO Attorney. I was divorce in July 2009 and it was continue on until September 2013, due to various asset that me and my ex-husband had accumulate while married.. At the time I had a attorney and a QDRO was filed with the court and with the Plan Administrator at St Louis County Court. Now I request to obtained another attorney to received my benefits, because St Louis County does not recognized a QDRO. I know that my ex-husband will have to retire first.(I guest). This is what I have been told and seen other received benefit before their retirement. Now I know some legal step to take, but at this time I need an attorney. I did not received the standard of living when we departed and all things was not done in a appropriate manner. The court system failed me and the QDRO was the only hope that I felt I deserved. My living situation has been at it lowest since this has happen to me. I just need to know the next step to take now. Help is needed.

    I need to have a QDRO done from fidelity. I don’t have money to pay for my attorney but my ex is cleaning the accounts how can i get help.Please advice
